Chris Secor, Counseling graduate student intern

Chris Secor is a counseling graduate student intern and ordained minister. Drawing from over ten years of pastoral experience, Chris takes a collaborative and compassionate approach with clients to address their needs.

Chris' passion for counseling stems from his extensive work alongside teenagers and their families in Minnesota and Wisconsin and the benefits he has experienced from his own personal counseling journey.

When Chris isn't working with clients, he can be found spending time with his family (wife + 6 kids + 1 on the way) enjoying "down time" with them. Some hobbies Chris enjoys include marathon training, reading, hunting, and fishing.

Chris provides mental health counseling at the Shawano location on Friday afternoons.

Taylor Simmons, Certified Usui System Reiki Master Teacher

Meet Taylor Simmons, she is an energy worker and Certified Usui System Reiki Master Teacher. In 2020 she had her first positive experience with reiki and felt inspired to become a practitioner herself. Later that same year she was granted her certificate. Taylor went on further to receive her second, advanced, and master teacher certification in early 2022.

Fueled by her love of helping people, and her connection to the energetic and metaphysical, Taylor uses reiki as a tool to assist with bringing balance to the mind, body, and spirit as part of a holistic complementary treatment.

When Taylor isn’t doing reiki and energy work she’s normally out with her two kiddos on an adventure, (weather permitting), learning about all things nature. She partakes in ethical wild-crafting, making tinctures, teas, and salves from said foraged finds. In the colder months, you can find her curled up  in her comfy chair with a hot cup of coffee and a good book, or asleep in her den.

Taylor provides Reiki at the Shawano location.
